Yesterday was one of those no-shower-until-3PM-and-don't-even-think-about-washing-your-hair-days. Yesterday, I thought I may have made a mistake with the bangs. Until I remembered to pin them back. I'm beginning to wonder why I haven't had bangs my entire life. When my hair is in a messy bun, they still make it look like I put effort into my hair. When I don't have time to worry about them, I grab a bobby pin & forget about it. Have I mentioned how much I love my bangs, yet?
Apparently, other people do too...because I've convinced two other friends to do their own bangs, as well!
My bestie, Maria (who was recently married) brought over her kids for a play date...& a bang date! I'm still waiting for her to post some pictures of her new fab 'do on FB. If anyone else is joining in on Bang Revolution...yeah, I've decided it's a revolution..., let me know! I'd love to see you rockin' the new bangs!
{ That would be three children in one ballpit. This...I love. } |
Have I also mentioned how much I love play dates, yet? Especially with my Bestie! It is incredibly relaxing & gratifying talking about nothings & somethings & how long it takes our husbands (OMG, Maria, HUSBANDS!!!) to change a diaper versus how long it takes us to change a diaper. Does anyone else's husband take like 451335 years for one diaper....of pee?! I'm really hoping to make this a weekly thing. Collin needs the socialization. That was evident after the many light sabers to the face Bella received. And Mama needs the Bestie.
PS: Sorry about the crappy pictures lately. I've barely touched my camera the past couple of days. I had full intentions of taking a million & a half pictures of the kids today, but got caught up in having an adult to talk to.
I sooo need a play date too. Adult conversation is a must!
ReplyDeleteLoving the bangs.
I need to convince myself to do it too.
